how to fix Symfony 3 FosrestBundle Invalid configuration, Warning: class_implements(): Class does not exist? -

i getting error , didn't found answer yet online,

how fix issue?

invalid configuration path "fos_rest.exception.codes": warning: class_implements(): class `� not exist , not loaded

even though used same configuration symfony recommend.

issue resolved restarting apache server.
