r - Unable to access jarfile: RStudio, Java, and ImageJ -

i have had quite difficulty running r package bemovi on imac. bemovi uses r , imagej (java program) , has presented errors. error: unable access jarfile

i have contacted apple support , not helpful , have googled around past week no resolve. have attempted remove of security setting in java , in changing gatekeeper settings in mac osx , still getting same error messages. appears problem in either security settings or communication among programs, r , java. specifically, running errors in check_threshold_values line of code unable access jar files errors.
