because of ip conflict new hardware installed (long story), had modify ip of asterisk based on asterisk 13.12.1 , freepbx 13.0.192.16. ip 192.168.1.100 , became 192.168.1.200. obviously, change ip of “sip server” on phones, match new ip address. clarify phones within local network, there no remote phones. result no phone registered. assume problem firewall, disebled completely, not work either. can give me idea might going through? in advance!
there no way give guess dooing wrong based on info have provided.
can suggest run wireshark or tcpdump near phone , check happens sip packets.
