anaconda - Pycharm slow to start Hello World script -

i have pycharm installed on local machine, , in virtual box on machine.

if run hello world script on local machine, takes 5 seconds start. on virtual box same script takes 2 seconds start.

both machines running anaconda.

how can debug difference in start times between 2 machines? have thought things faster on local machine instead of on virtual box
